no bundle of joy

finally, we had trng today after i think 3 wks?
gd start actually.. went for 10 rds and then a few circuits...23 min for 10 rds thats quite bad i think, shall run more and hit 20min.. somehow being able to outrun opponents is very impt for gers playing soccer at our level...coz if we depend on speed and abit of skills (and luck) i believe its better than those who only have skills..
