flat face

went for trng ytd.. gosh was so tiring after that run..i can feel my legs crying..did alot of headers ytd, and its quite shuang.. rmb the last time i cldnt do properly until ytd!! and always head till i become lohan,, not lindsay lohan though hahah.. yeah so i finally know a tip or two for headers.. yay! and i think my face's alot flatter and rounder than usual!! argh,.. but one yr of jc life i've become flat faced!!!
