hahah in response to bek's request, i changed the template because i haev absolutely no idea ( and too lazy, no time) to find out how to add tag board etc.
eh acty every week's pretty much the same, because theres endless readings and stuyding. and new assignments coming up! cant wait for 9 april which is the last day of this term, and i will be going to fraser island during the easter wkend :) yea heard its a really nice and relaxing place listed under world's heritage, so yup looking forward to a short break before spending the rest of the hols sutyding for my mid terms :S and this coming 2 wks will be busy bsuy busy cos theres psychology report (DRAFT) and bio test!
its getting colder here! its like btw 19-26 degreess everyday and its pretty cool, but winter will only be 15 degrees ahaha and everyone can still wear flip flops and shorts which is goodddd because ever since i came here, i have been shorts and slippers everyday and not very keen to switch to long pants.

had this all college exchange event at The Fox which is a really big club/pub over here, but sadly most of the girls from our batch arent 18 so only a few of us went and it wasnt very fun. something interesting abt aussies is that they usually leave around 12, so by 1am the club will be empty, which happens to be the most crowded hour in singapore? yea and they drink more than they want to dance hahaha.
well other than celebrating xinyu's bdae at this indian restaurant ard the college vicinity, which tasted more authentic than the ones in singapore and its affordable! i probably spend half of my free time studying, a quarter of it looking at the mirror and the rest exercising and worrying abt eating too much at every meal HAHA
so yea, hopefully the comment thing work, otherwise too bad

welcome to the weekly post! ok im supposed to be reading my physio and anatomy notes now but im so tired. the touch carnival just ended and it wasnt too bad hahah given the fact that i haev never played touch before, and the team only had 3 trainings (including a 'trial') before this 3 day comp. yea so i was the only person who had no idea what is it, and i was trying out purely for fun but they happen to need people, so learn how to toss the ball and stuff and GUESS WHAT i scored twice in the carnival!!!! hahaha yes i was so happy because i scored and therefore i was happy. ehhh but overall, out of the 7 games, we lost 4, and drew 3 or vice versa, cant rmb, can yea it was good, and got to know some of the girls better too. thankfully jeanette joined too, otherwise i would have been like really scared playing against the caucasian girls :S so now my muscles are aching, will be getting a massage from su later on, thats how we put our physio skills to use :) which we have been practising every saturday night with the other physios.
lessons have been going really fast and though i have been doing my tut and reading religiously, im still not able to rmb and grasp the whole thing, whcih is not good and demoralising because i MUST DO WELL! im so glad we have a tutorial specially for anatomy in the college conducted by our seniors which is really good because we get to ask qns and stuff and its starting tml so yea hopefully i can make the best out of it. and need to focus more tml onwards since touch is overrrr.................
oh another happy thing, i found a place to refill my cartridge at a cheap price of $16 and every 5 times i refill, i get the 6th one free, so that makes it $13 which is less than half the normal price of $27 for a brand new one :)))) yea i love cheap stuff!!!!

look everyone i have been in aus for ONE MONTH!!! yea it has been alrite, getting used to study and living the life of a mugger becuase im studying as if im only learning anatomy and nothing else, so much to read up and cant seem to remember everything :S

joined a few college activities like touch rugby and it was quite embarrassing because everyone knew how to play and i was the only one who had no idea, but went for the trials, so felt quite bad and paiseh about having them to teach me and stuff. and during warm up we have to jog and then sprint and everyone ran SOOO fast so i was lagging behind, so yea drink more milk eat more meat to run faster!
had swimming carnival the other day which is a BIG thing here, so all the floors dressed up according to their own theme and the best and most GRACEtastic one win a pizza lunch. my floor went as maidens and vikings ( pictures unavailable now) and WE WON :)) went to the swimming complex to support and cheer for the college while standing under the rain most of the time.

it has been raining these few days and weather's rather cold, probably due to the cyclone which is around 5 hours from brisbane :S thought the rain is like drizzle kind but it keeps coming and going so its quite annoying

and there's celeGRACEtion too, like a formal dinner where we get to dress up, watch some performance and have our batch dance and stuff, was quite fun and definitely a good break after all the lessons!!

and im going sunny bank for dimsum/sushi tml :)

It’s time for new updates! Its my 2nd week over here and so far so good. And I think the width of my face has increased by 2 cm due to overeating hahaha, I must really devise the exercise plan soon.

Well orientation is finally over and it’s not as enjoyable you would think. Firstly, I’m older than most of the people here because they are mostly 17, 18 yr old. 2ndly, I’m now an international student, kind of like the PRC, so it’s pretty hard to get close to them, even though they are all very friendly, but the conversation with them will always stand stale after awhile. There are a number of exchange dinner/activities with the other colleges as well, so its like a mass speed dating session, we always feel very sian abt it, flirting with younger boys SIGH!?! And yes, I’m living in a all-women college and we have a brother college, and some of the activities during O-wk is with them, so they will need to partner us and share meals together, sometimes I feel sorry for them because they cant talk to their pretty girls. but I did enjoy myself, especially going to wet and wild which is the wild wild wet of gold coast, going to the mooloolaba beach, ice skating, and parties! I was so proud of myself because I took almost all the rides at wet and wild, and it was REALLY scary ok! And the aussies can really party a lot, they can dance anytime, anywhere as long as there is music, and they are very fast at hooking up too :P it was quite funny because the girls who were caught kissing a guy during the party will need to wear big red lipstick for the rest of the week, and there were quite a number of them, so yea imagine all the curious stares and questioning from strangers.

School is going to start tomorrow!! Like finally, I wonder how it will be like but I’m very sure I’m going to become mugger again because I tried to study today, its like so difficult! So yea, need to put in more effort
