ndp preview 2006

my 3rd time at ndp preview, though its not the actual one but still the performances were impressive and for the first time, i think they are nice. maybe thats coz i dont understand what they were trying to do in the past.

anyway went queensway with the gers b4 heading to kallang. saw lotsa nice shoes but no $$ :( at the stadium, all i see was a sea of red, only a handful of ppl turn up in other colours.. its really nice to see everyone making an effort to dress in national colours! we explored our goodie bags, ate tong garden peanuts, belgium biscuits and blow the clappers, pasted tatoos. . . and i was so scared my sg flag will stuck on my pretty face till monday coz its like so smooth and into my skin.. heng ah, after scrubing only left a few stubborn red spots. or else you all will see shy shihui the whole day tml! ohya fireworks, woah best part.. theres alot of fireworks this yr, all lit up during unexpected time and according to newspapers ytd was 3/4 of the actual day... and we were so close to the fireworks! likethisclose...so happy to sing national day songs, soaking in the sea of red and having fun all at the same time...i LOVE SG!

yay its saturday! but somehow i still wake up at 6 plus and then fall back to slp and wake up at 8 again.. think my body used to it.. sensitive to sun hahah

going blading with amanda (ruff) later..and then meet the soccer girls (again) at queensway and finally NDP! its been so long since i get to watch 'live' preview sounds funny, but its better than nothing..

training ytd was super hiong, havent felt so worn out ever since hc camp.. we ran rounds and do sprint-jog for rounds plus not forgeting my 2.4km run in the morning.. hahha we did stations to train agility and i nearly wanted to walk but i didnt! guess thats the thing about team sports, seeing my teammates running with me how can you stop? what impressed me most are those *coughcough* who doesnt like/do running at all but manage to finish it yesterday, im so happy for us! yay! though tiring, but the feeling after that was superb :)

done my maths tut, left econs and chem and bio to study... hope it will be a long wkend

oh my oh my, what is the world coming to? did it rotate anticlockwise or what? our entire class got tricked by our chem teacher, ie i gt fooled again? hahahah . she told us shes not coming to cls and we were supposed to have chem test but turn out that we din have chem test, we have her for chem for 2 periods instead. made some of us give up our maths revision..

after lessons, was walking to cut hair when i passed by KFC and someone approaches me to........................... do a survey for KFC hahah.. i had to eat their chicken and give comments on 2 different pieces of original ones and compare which is better..hahaha so i had free lunch... but i was alone so theres another grp of tj guys eating too, so paiseh.. to reward me for forking out precious time, they give me a ruff x10 = 10 bucks kfc/pizza voucher?! woooohoo..huimin that means 10 coconut pies hahaha

reach home at 2 today! and i had a nap and i did my hw haha i feel so glad. hafta miss trng again for power pdp haiz :(

anyway yl just makes me feel very fat by going to eat buffet with her.. kushinbo finally..but im still waiting for my present though :P.. i swear i ate like 2 more plates than yl,cant help it..its all so nice and tasty.. 21.50 value the money, those who rejected our invitation can come to smell my breadth tml hahahaha...

shes an ultimate slacker pls, she can fall aslp very easily and unglamly.. she either falls vertically left, no wonder shes a left footer, or horizontally down to kiss the LT tablet. its not as if theres a guy on her left to fall into his arms or a delicious choco bar on the table la.. DAMN funny, amanda and i cldnt stop laughing and giggling.

besides her extraordinary sleeping techniques, shes fond of decorating her name with her pencil..she forgot to bring her notes so she started erasing her name from previous notes and rewrite them BIG and in BLOCK, thats how bored one can get..haha, and she cant draw a soccer ball.. she thought soccer ball = shaded benzene ?!^&%? whats the link? HAHAHA.. err perhaps she cld find a solution to ace chem here.. hahaha

woke up early to watch the guys match...thought i cld slp till later :
( everyday for wks ive been waking up in the wee hrs, ok, before 7am. the match is ok, they did quite well for a new team i supposed...then headed to macs for lunch.

i kind of missed fastfood for once, my double cheeseburger WOAH, thats cos ive been avoiding these junk for a long time.. unhealthy la, and recently im really sick of sch's and hawker food.. all i eat is yong taufoo fish soup or nasi lemak.how should i say...oily food la..ya homecokked the best, sushi's not bad too:)

this totally sucks pls.. hafta attend the power pdp aka climbing the tower course tml, so might skipped or missed trng..but i MUST get out of it!! i've already missed monday coz of a terrrible flu and headache and i dont want to miss another one.

anyway ytd the soccer gers played soccer, duh what else can we play? haha but it was damn funny la.. esp shiyi, shes like self entertaining herself while being a goalie so funny la hahah.. bascially, everyone likes to niao her la.. im quite happy coz i think i can dribble w/o having to look so often but still gt look la... and ytd was racial harmony day! i wore a sari (from amitha) for the first time hahaha dont faint k,its ms india haha.. vanakem~

haiz, have been feeling cranky and grouchy since sat..really dont know why the sudden change of mood.. but i suspect is my err worst than lousy results... i thought i MUST blamed myself for not putting effort to study but it doesnt seem to be the reason coz im just dumb :

world cup live matches had all finally endd, italians are happy and CANNAVARO their capt makes me happy too :) hahahah my mum says he got a perky and nice butt, what was she looking man? but now, no more late nights, no more justine hse gathering :( im going to watch wc LIVE when im 25, i dont care who's playing but i think rooney, walcott, ronaldo, torres will still be kicking balls..

training was fun! havent been running and sprinting so much since last term..played 7 on 7 full field and woah our stamina sucks big time..gers, though sheryl THINKS that i can run alot, but actual fact is i do get tired too. esp when bek and orh-sy thread the ball to justine, wah must chiong like siao... so guess claudia shld PT us more and tougher hahaha:)

tried playing central defender.. quite a slack job compared to attack midfield but the pressure i guess is higher level..i failed to clear balls haiz.. it just went right under my feet that totally pissed me man..

jts was last night. went to ps swenson's for the food, but the service was downright bad coz we dont have water, no spoons for baked rice, no refill of ice water, desserts took super long..but oh well for the food... din really interact much with seniors though..next yr we'll end it with a bang...

anyway went to sch in the team tjc jersey, im so proud of it :) then had pw lecture and hc meeting before rushing back home change, bathe and chiong to meet yingqi, harven and brian to buy presents for our direct seniors...

then kengmun and tiffany join us so we went to the soccer tent outside ps to check it out.. there was this penatly kick challenge so we tried la..but its very difficult cos you hafta shoot the ball into the holes from 6m and if you get in 2 out of 5 attempts gt prize la..and the holes are just a little bigger than the actual ball.. at first we queue up to haev a go..when the MC starts talking everyone siam so left us..so the MC points to me and ask me tryout and pick a guy to challenge..so poor kengmun being the lousiest there have to challenge shihui the great..of coz the great won, she shot in 2 out of 3 and gt herself a free cleanser and she can shoot from a nearer distance la..

anyway gt this cheapskate aunty keep asking her children who are 5yrs old liddat to go, coz children gt privilege, can stand like 1 m away only..why did she do that? coz her children help her win FREE facial foam! haiz

brian damn pro oso...he tried a dribbling challenge ie. dribble through 4 cones back and fro under 8sec to win.. and he did it in 6sec! thats pro or what?! cant help it la..all soccer pros..hahahaha

after jts, went marina sq with yvonne kengmun and terence..i bot alcohol from giant :X ya then we sat ard to talk before going home at 1.. i din bathe after that

finally, we had trng today after i think 3 wks?
gd start actually.. went for 10 rds and then a few circuits...23 min for 10 rds thats quite bad i think, shall run more and hit 20min.. somehow being able to outrun opponents is very impt for gers playing soccer at our level...coz if we depend on speed and abit of skills (and luck) i believe its better than those who only have skills..

new captain new trng new team.. i really hope we will bond as one and play beautiful footie...and forget abt jct la hahah

jct post mortem

didnt have time to blog about the past few days coz school and wc are robbing my sleep time! shld have stayed up for the extra time... but nvmd tonight i'll start watching from half time onwards so at least i'll know the score...

got back my maths and bio..dont talk abt bio to the last in class for bio. 18.5 over 60 hahaha , i think its like an embarrassment la..argh i felt terrible for my maths, i lost my A and 23 marks due to carelessness. BUT its not an excuse...

well, sometimes i thought i shld have worked harder but everytime i want to do it, i just dont have enough initiative to start.. this is the time when im not proud to be a dunmanian anymore..it sounds so good, but im like letting it down.. every other person can do better and really, JC is all about working hard man, but in the right way of coz..WHERE IS THE DETERMINATION? i better focus and stop being lazy zZZzzzzZZZzzzz

i cant believe that brazil and england lost to their opponents...

how can they lose?! i want to see germany VS brazil coz one's speedy the other skillful.. what a day for them, lotsa ppl had placed their hopes on the 2 teams. france not too bad la..

butW-H-Y? i thought brazil wld be better with ronaldino :((( and i think lampard is the MOST suay person la..he gt so many chances and i think the only one who have the chance to score but he never did it. if beckham was there, owen was there, rooney didnt ruin the game maybe england could have win it big...

on the brighter side, i had damn a lot of fun and food (F&F) with the 3 gers at sharon's hse..as usual her house is filled with junk food and more...played mahjong, ps2 a little then the next day we decided to stya over to watch the germany and argentina match.. its really ARG! argentina is gd but germany is better, though they didnt pia until they equalised. ya so we spent 1 full day at home eating, playing nba and stupid dares like eating up rotten grapes and watermelon.. bet we had a gd time sh**ting..
